Hello! September is here, bringing with it an exciting new beginning. At 18:00 on Thursday 12 September, the doors of our new NONA Pasta will open on Rue du Bailli. We can’t wait to welcome you! A lot of love and labour has gone into this new restaurant, and we are so happy to be spreading the NONA life around and serving up more of our organic, seasonal pasta dishes. Team NONA The last tomatoes September is our final month working with fresh tomatoes before we say goodbye to them again until next summer. This month, we’re bringing back a much-loved pasta recipe with slow-cooked cherry tomatoes called Scarpariello.
