We’ve spent a lot of time with passionate, close-to-home organic farmers who have taught us that food tastes better when it’s made by people who care.
We work with the very best Belgian farmers, suppliers, and producers to bring you delicious seasonal dishes. We take all our kitchen and front-of-house teams to these farms as part of their training, so they can get up close and personal with the produce they’ll be working with.
The NONA team knows everything there is to know about our food and is always happy to talk about it. So ask them anything!
