We are moving into October full of energy from opening our new NONA Pasta on rue du Bailli. It has been such a pleasure to see so many new and familiar faces walk through our doors and enjoy our fresh pasta.


To keep the celebrations going a little while longer, this newsletter has a treat in store — only for subscribers. We also share with you the autumn produce that has inspired this month’s menu.

A drink on us


It has brought us so much joy to open NONA Pasta Bailli that we want to share it around as much as we can. As a little gift from us to you, we would like to invite you for a drink to celebrate this new chapter.


All you have to do is come into Pasta Bailli before the 14th of October and show the team this email to get your choice of Prosecco, wine, beer, or soft drink on the house with your meal.

A shift in the seasons


Moving from summer to autumn has meant some big and exciting changes to our menus.


While we say goodbye to our summer favourites — fresh tomatoes! — we say hello to our old friends pumpkin, carrot, mushrooms, and of course, our Ragu Genovese.


Each of our new dishes captures the spirit and colour of the season, and we really think you’re going to love them.
