Pasta Bailli is the newest addition to the NONA family.

With low-slung lighting, rounded tables, and bench seats and booths, we love the intimacy of its design. It’s welcoming, warm, and the perfect spot for a plate of pasta with a glass of organic wine.

Fresh pasta

Our pasta is made fresh in the NONA atelier, blending patience, skill, and old Italian know-how.

The traditional machine we use is the best in business, with a heavy bronze extruder that gives each piece of pasta a rough surface for sauces to cling to, making every bite all the more delicious.

Patrick’s mozzarella

Buffalo milk is famously high in fat — that’s what makes it so delicious.

Patrick’s mozzarella from buffl’ardenne is special because he uses 100% organic buffalo milk to make his cheese, rather than mixing it with cow’s milk.

This gives it a rich, pure flavour, perfect with just a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a crack of pepper.
