We currently have three Neapolitan pizzerias and two fresh pasta restaurants in Brussels. Our pizzas and pastas are made with organic ingredients from Belgian farmers.
We plan to continue to grow in Belgium and internationally. As we grow, we are looking for team members who are exceptionally friendly, live by our philosophy “Do Good”, and have a drive to learn and develop themselves.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial in supporting the functioning of HQ and assisting the executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable professional with excellent multitasking abilities and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice management: processing of invoices into our accounting software;
Operations Support: assist with restaurant operations tasks such as coordinating certain kind of supplies, tracking orders, and updating inventory records;
Document Management: organize and maintain company documents, including compliance with regulatory requirements;
Event Coordination: assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities;
Data Entry & Reporting: input, organize, and maintain data for reporting purposes, including sales figures, labor reports, and financial metrics as needed.
Qualifications and strengths
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration (secretariat de direction)
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strengths: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic and pro-active, and manage your work priorities effectively
